Co-living London Bridge

TCA scope includes the amenity areas across a new built 40-storey tower in London Bridge.

At GF, an exhibition frontage, a veranda space and a double height entrance café lead to a central gallery connected to a mezzanine flexible workspace.

The top floors programme wraps around the central core to maximize the views and allow for a social circulation loop. Gym/ studio and wellness area at level 38 and a bar/ lounge event space, exclusive private dining room and casual study area to the floor below.

A double height void connects the two levels with the sky gardens.

The dramatic Ground Floor entrance foyer and café forms a key public space. The use of timber and raw material palette aims to accentuate the verticality in the galleria entrance space. The intricate soffit has been designed to connect the originally fragmented zones in GF and mezzanine.

On the top floors, the material palette is defined by a hierarchy of natural tones set against an expressive timber wrap that undulates and inflects to define specific spaces across the floor.
