The site consists of an existing historic building which formerly housed a film studio and 5 adjacent terraced houses to create an eclectic mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes plus 4 new family town houses. The total development is circa 23,000sqft GIA. The proposed design seeks to retain the Victorian façade and essence of the historic building to create light and spacious contemporary apartments with appropriate period detailing.
